Seasonal refreshments, music sing-along, relaxation meditation, and lots of good company! 

The refreshments are offered by Elisa Stone and a team of culinary friends.

The music sing-along is led by Emily Henderson with music offered by Emma Turnbull. The relaxation meditation includes a guided meditation on gratitude offered by Brenda Mohr.  Words of closing are offered by Chris Neufeld-Erdman.
