Stones and Tones

Reiki, Passive Warm Stone Therapy and Sacred Acoustics™ Meditation Tones
Offered by Jennifer Gouine & Elizabeth Fulmer

Stones & Tones offers you passive warm stone therapy, your choice of Sacred Acoustics© meditation tones offered through soft headband earphones, and a full body Reiki treatment –  a unique and deeply restorative experience.

Stones:

We will place warmed stones on three energy centers.  In addition, you receive warmed stones to hold in each hand.  We will offer you a warm rice pillow for across the back of your shoulders.

Tones:

You will receive a soft headband that holds thin speakers. You choose from a selection of Sacred Acoustics for a gentle, deepened meditation experience.

Reiki:

You will receive a full body Reiki energy session on a massage table.  You remain fully clothed and remove only your shoes and eyeglasses and are covered in a soft, gentle blanket,

SIDE BY SIDE SESSION

  • Session for 2 offered on first Saturday afternoons by Jennifer and Elizabeth
  • $50/person/session

SOLO SESSIONS

  • Individual sessions by Elizabeth
  • $50/session

Singing Bowl Meditation

A peaceful hour that includes a brief guided meditation followed by a Soundbath with crystal and Tibetan singing bowls. Offered monthly on first Tuesdays, 5:30-6:30 pm AND first Wednesdays from Noon - 12:30 pm. [more]
