All Integrated Spirituality programs are offered free or with a sliding scale so that cost is not a barrier to those experiencing financial difficulty. If you pay less than the fee, the Scholarship Fund will pay the facilitator the balance. 

Those who are able are invited to donate to the Scholarship Funds to help support participants who are facing financial challenges.

Reiki self-treatment is a practice that provides calming stress-relief, helps alleviate insomnia, and supports overall balance and well-being. This class includes a training manual, history and principles of Reiki as well as hands-on experience. Reiki Master and teacher, Elizabeth Fulmer, will guide participants through self-practice techniques. [more]

ArtsPlay is a monthly gathering of women who play with color and media. This is not an art class, simply a time to create and explore in a fun group. Come when you can - all materials are included in the $20 fee. [more]

Sacred Space is a contemplative gathering. It is open, meditative space with a variety of practices to choose from, such as candle-lighting, contemplative reading, coloring, ritual, and hospitality.
