Reiki self-treatment is a practice that provides calming stress-relief, helps alleviate insomnia, and supports overall balance and well-being. This class includes a training manual, history and principles of Reiki as well as hands-on experience. Reiki Master and teacher, Elizabeth Fulmer, will guide participants through self-practice techniques. [more]

These small-group sessions provide us time to slow down, reflect deeply and share together. Together we hold space for one another, sharing and witnessing the inner wisdom.
